A converter between SdkNumber and AttributeValue.

This stores values in DynamoDB as a number.

This supports reading the full range of integers supported by DynamoDB. For smaller numbers, consider using ShortAttributeConverter, IntegerAttributeConverter or LongAttributeConverter. This can be created via create().
