This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the ExperimentTemplateReportConfigurationCloudWatchDashboard.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via ExperimentTemplateReportConfigurationCloudWatchDashboard.builder() .

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to cloudWatchDashboards(List<ExperimentTemplateReportConfigurationCloudWatchDashboard>).
