      For responses, this returns true if the service returned a value for the Tags property. For requests, this returns true if a value for the property was specified in the request builder, and false if a value was not specified.

If InstanceType is not specified in any of those three ResourceSpec values for a KernelGateway app, the CreateApp call fails with a request validation error.
